A disease might change different areas of life. It could be that private, social, financial or job-related aspects are influenced by the disease or handicap. This can apply to patients and his or her relatives, too.

Social services counsels and supports independently on a case-by-case basis combined with your disease or handicap.

Moreover, we accompany you during your hospital stay and organise further help.

In the context of aftercare planning, we organise rehabilitation measures and secure social networks and your care after your hospital stay. In such cases, we work multiprofessional with other occupational groups.
